The existing brand felt dated and inconsistent, limiting its ability to connect with younger members while maintaining credibility with long-time account holders.

I led a full visual rebrand, developing a modernized logo system, refined color palette, and updated typography that balanced trust with a more contemporary, approachable feel. The identity was designed as a scalable system, supporting consistent application across digital marketing, in-branch materials, and environmental branding.
